Couple pics and a video from this week. We had an exercise themed weekend:

We went for a family outing after Church this morning. Skipped donuts at Church and Colleen ran and Ryan scootered to Panera/Starbucks near the house. Colleen got a cookie for her run and Ryan a chocolate croissant. Then we ran/scootered to our pool and swam all morning.

They had a gooooooood nap after!

They also did some exercises yesterday with some stretch cords.

We went to the park and played baseball too. Colleen walked Indy.

Colleen and Ryan got a haircut on Friday. Colleen got a pretty braid.

We went to the REI sale this weekend to find a Father's Day gift for me - didn't quite find what we went for - but we found hiking packs for the kids!
But, that is a great present for me since they can carry everything now! Hahaha :) 

We also found a climbing harness for them.
